The first time I dined here I ordered rice and ended up with fries. When I brought this to the attention of the waitress, it was fortunate the manager (or possibly the shift supervisor) overheard and was right here with my rice within a minute. I ordered pumpkin pie for dessert and was stunned to receive it ice cold and still frozen in the middle. Again the waitress was clueless but managed to rectify it at least. I should know better than to expect much from a franchise, but this is Fredericton, city of pathetic dining choices. ..More Reviews
