BREWBAKER'S

Perhaps overall the best restaurant in Fredericton( My wife and I have eaten at a great number of outstanding fine dining establishments around the world).

Brewbackers is certainly not

Inconsistent great green curry chicken, but terrible thin steaks charred beyond recognition sometimes great service, other times pretty bad, even snobby. BB needs to make a decision as to whether it's going Italian or fusion, and whether it really wants to aspire to excellence. If so, they need to start by revamping the menu and emphasizing hospitality and high standards.

I have loved Brewbakers for over 10 years and have eaten there more times then I can count and every time have had an excellent meal. Wonderful staff, wonderful wine and food, wonderful atmosphere!

One of the best restaurants in Fredericton. Their mussels are the best I've had in Atlantic Canada and the steaks are fantastic. I make it a point to come to Brewbakers every time I come to Freddy. Wine list is great and service is top notch.

Service and food a 10. Prices too high for the size of servings. The upper floor is not a place for a romantic evening.

We had excellent Tenderloins, we liked the fresh baguette. The service was friendly and very professional service, very good dining in a lovely athmosphere.

A little bit high priced, not for every day, but a good place to go if you are looking for a different and exclusive place to go or to celebrate something...

Don't order the soup.
